Profound Spirits is led by Antoine Collins, a nationally recognized expert in alcohol licensing, regulatory compliance, and government operations.
Before founding Profound Spirits, Antoine served as a Regional Licensing Supervisor with the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission, where he managed the licensing and permitting process for 30 counties and oversaw more than 17,000 active permits and licenses. In this role, he supervised staff, reviewed applications for compliance, coordinated with local governments, and worked directly with elected officials, attorneys, and regulatory agencies across Texas.
Antoine is uniquely qualified to guide clients through the licensing process because he understands it from both sides—as a regulator and as a consultant. He knows how applications are reviewed, where delays occur, how compliance issues arise, and what decision-makers look for before granting approval.
